Applications are invited for the post of Company Secretary for Secretariat of Five Power Companies i.e. CS Power Holding Co. Ltd, CS Power Generation Co. Ltd , CS Power Distribution Co. Ltd , CS Power Transmission Co. Ltd, CS Power Trading Co. Ltd.

Company Secretary :
* For CSPHCL: 01 Post UR
* For CSPGCL: 01 Post UR
* For CSPDCL: 01 Post UR
* For CSPTransCL: 01 Post UR
* For CSPTradCL: 01 Post UR
* Pay : Rs.32150-1250(13)-48400-1550(10)- 63900 plus allowances as admissible (Tentative total emoluments shall be approx. Rs. 52,100/- per month including all allowances)

* Qualification: Candidate should be an Associate / Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. The candidate should have minimum Five years post qualification experience in a reputed company.
* Age: (As on 01.05.2010) :- Maximum Age limit: 40 years.
